They may not be the latest or newest but these video and visual communication tools are positively all very useful if you need to publish and communicate online with clips and images. Convert and upload videos to multiple video sharing sites in one click, edit directly your images online without Photoshop, create effective slideshows in a snap are just some of the visual treats i have in store for you.

   Reshade is a free online service that anyone can use to resize images online without signing up to any service. You just have to upload a picture from your PC or paste its URL into the box: you can then resize, crop, smooth or sharpen your image. When you're finished, your final image will display and you will be able to save it locally by right clicking it and selecting "Save image as...". Free to use with no registration.

4. GSpot
   
   GSpot is a free .exe application that can be run without any installation that enables you to discover which codec has been used to encode a particular video. After you import a video, GSpot will automatically give you all the information you need to play that file: video and audio codec, bitrate, size and format. It will then tell you if the codec you need is installed on your machine or not. Free to download and use.

5. OffType
   
   OffType is a free web-based service that allows you to create and draw images online. It just gives you a brush and a blank space, in which you can draw whatever you want. You can select size and color of the brush, undo, redo, clear all and also select the background color.    Flvix is a free web-based FLV video converter that enables you to convert videos from YouTube to various formats.
