  1. QOOP

QOOP is all about users creating content and selling products. They make tools to help web users, web partners, and developers customize content into products.

  2. RSS Submission Tools
    rssfeedsubmit_logo.gif
RSS Submit will submit your feeds to 78 engines and directories, while RSS Feed Submit covers 75. Not much difference here, although it seems that RSS Submit might be doing a better job at keeping their tool updated (I've been using them since April and already received many updates that made the software easier to use and added new engines and directories).

  3. RSS DreamFeeder
    rssdreamfeeder_logo.gif
RSS DreamFeeder is a Dreamweaver-integrated search engine that looks through your website for new and updated content to include in your RSS feed. When you process your feed, any new or updated content will be extracted from your HTML or XHTML pages in the method that you specify, and listed as entries within your RSS file.

  4. FeedMap

Using FeedMap you can geo-code your blog, browse already geo-coded blogs and search for blogs. Once geo-coded, you can get your own BlogMap location using a simple url that allows you to network with your local bloggers.

  6. Online guide to understanding Digital Rights Management
    EFF_logo.gif
The EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) online guide to understanding Digital Rights Management (DRM) and End User License Agreements (EULAs) more and more often tacitly imposed by record labels and online music services (iTunes) on the music you buy. The EFF Guide includes information about four alternative online music services which do sell unrestricted, DRM-free music files.

  7. The Future of Music
    Future_of_music_book_cover.gif
This is a book about music and the music business in the twenty-first century. If you can visualize a world where music flows all around you, like water, or like electricity, and where access to music becomes a kind of "utility" then you can understand what is in this book. In this world, we share, contribute, collaborate, and trade music amid a constant flow of new songs that suit our tastes and preferences, without any palpable constraints or limitations. Music is ubiquitous and served up in easy, friendly formats. Like water, it is simply present just about everywhere, anytime. If you want to learn how fans, artists, and all kinds of music communities will drive the new music business, rather than being driven by corporate powers, this may be the right book to read.

  8. MSN Virtual Earth

Virtual Earth is an online mapping service that allows you to search, discover, explore, plan and share information about specific locations across the United States.

  9. FlashEarth

Flash Earth uses online satellite imagery from Google Maps and MSN Virtual Earth without permission, and so should be used for educational purposes only.

  10. Magazine Cover Creator

Just like I did today, you too can create a fancy looking custom magazine cover in a matter of minutes and while leveraging the power of Flickr.

  11. Navboard
    navboard_logo.gif
Navboard is a php based web forum using text files to store data instead of using a database, compatible with any server running php 4.0 or higher, all the features of most major forum software and no installation needed.

  12. Amp'D Mobile
    Ampd_promotion.jpg
This should be one of the most captivating new mobile devices to play, watch news, listen to music and videos and more. For now you can enjoy only a funky Flash-animated interface. If you are into glitzy and future-looking design styles you must check this out.
