Distribute Presentations To Those Without PowerPoint: The Pack and Go Wizard

Microsoft PowerPoint contains an extremely handy export feature that allows you to create an autorun CD from your presentation slideshow. Chiara Monetti reports about it:

"When you want to show a PowerPoint presentation on another computer, you can use the Pack and Go Wizard to transfer all the files and fonts used in the presentation on a disk. If you need to run your presentation on a computer which does not have PowerPoint installed, the Pack and Go Wizard will also package the PowerPoint Viewer on the disk."

The Pack and Go Wizard, available since the 2003 version of PowerPoint, is indeed a tremendously useful utility and one that any professional PowerPoint presenter should be familiar with.

Read Chiara's article for full instructions how to use PowerPoint 2003's Pack and Go feature.
