Mac Personal Live Presentation Tool Debuts: SlidesNow!

SlidesNow! is a new effective low-cost Mac software technology that allows any Mac OSX user to deliver slides on the Internet (to users on both PCs and Macs), together with a live video feed of the presenter. A built-in chat board allows viewers to communicate back to the presenter. SlidesNow! has a very simple interface and it is easy to use. SlidesNow! was created to work in tandem with Apple's QuickTime Broadcaster (free download), which allows you to send live video and audio to your viewers. SlidesNow! will embed the video in a Web page for you right next to your slides. Although a QuickTime Streaming Server is necessary to send video to more than one person, QuickTime Broadcaster, which is a free download is capable of sending video to one person without any additional software. Priced at only $25, this is one of the most affordable solutions to become available into the live video conferencing arena. No special server to buy, no plugins to download (QuickTime 6.02+ required), no HTML to write, and no files to upload. A free demo version is available immediately for download (runs for 6 minutes and then it quits). SlidesNow! will be featured among several other killer live presentation technologies at the next Kolabora Live! Buyer's Review on July 8th. For more information see Kolabora.com.
