WebEx Becomes Contextual

PCWorld.com - WebEx Upgrades Meeting Center

Users can now launch a WebEx meeting from within a business application or document and share its contents with other participants.

The service has also been tightly coupled with Microsoft Outlook so that users can verify a participant's availability and send them an invitation to join a meeting...

Other enhancements include support for multipoint video, which lets participants with a Web cam display their image during a conference. The service also now supports full-screen video, intended primarily for users at work with a T1 connection or faster.
