Mini-Guide of Robin Good's Best Search Toolbars

Google toolbar

Here is a small present to all of you serious information seekers.

Not sufficiently happy of the launch of my new Mini-Guide called "NewsGod: How to know everything about anything (you want)" I have gone out and done some extra work to prize all of those that will not have the opportunity to read all that it is inside this invaluable search guide.

Over the ark of two days I have grouped and selected the very best search toolbars that you can find around today. While these tools do not cover many search-related tasks, like monitoring, tracking, organizing and filtering, they are all extremely good at tapping into the existing Internet search engines by exploiting their key features, by simplifying searches across multiple engines and by facilitating access to a search box when you really need it.
I have here listed tools that work with all computers and across all operating systems. Each one of you should find something of value here.
Most of the tools are also completely free, though some of the best may require a small price to be paid for thier full unlimited use.

If they are here, they are all recommended.

Have a great search!

This is a very handy utility for all Mac users on Mac OS X. When you select text from Project Builder, a browser opens up searching http://developer.apple.com/ instead of Google. You can define your own contexts (application-grain) and choose what URLs they apply to. This so called "liftware" is in the Public Domain.

EJ

It is unfortunate that us Mac users have so little offered in the way of new developments. I looked at most of your posted sites and none seem to be for Safari or iCab users on os x. Did I miss something?
