Trial - DemoCapacity Main Interface Customization - Branding WebTrain does not offer an official trial/demo to its service. WebTrain provides extensive opportunities to test and try-out the system by offering access to a guided visit of the system with a live Webtrain representative. There is no limit to the amount of times you can visit the demo areas, to the number of questions you can ask and to the amount of kind attention that WebTrain customer support will reserve for you. It is also possible, with enough diplomacy and luck, to obtain some limited form of unmonitored try-out to verify in true, actual terms, what it takes to use this system. WebTrain's Shane Finlay advises officially to purchase $ 50 dollars of prepaid conferencing time to do such testing but many like me would just walk away at any such invitation. The tool is interesting indeed and with some patience and honest communication you can probably get Webtrain to listen and embrace more openly any free try-out request. Here is an interesting quote from WebTrain own online documentation: Practicing your Presentation. Due to the richness of the system in features and to an interface design that has yet great margins for improvement, guided demonstrations and step-by-step hand guiding by advanced users and trainers can be indeed a bonus. But it should be achoice and not a forced option. Moreover, advanced and experienced Web conferencing users may altogether need to skip the basic info and go right away for the meat, which when to many baby-sitters are present is indeed hard to do.
