- Text in the Chat window cannot be formatted.
- The full set of drawing and live annotation tools is only available when you work on the whiteboard or when you present documents or PowerPoint presentations in the main presentation window. During application sharing and co-browsing only a text marker is available to mark documents.
- More simultaneous video feeds (like some less costly system do offer) would be desirable.
- WebEx cross-platform compatibility is limited since many features are either not at all or not fully supported on Mac OS, Solaris and Linux (e.g. Internet phone, Whiteboard sharing).
