Remote ControlDesktop - Application Sharing Main File Sharing The presenter can share control of applications and Web browsers with meeting participants by selecting the respective option from the menu that appears when clicking on the "Sharing" button in the application/ browser window.
A presenter can hand out control over a presentation to other users. To make another meeting participant the presenter the current presenter has to choose the participant's name from the participant list and click the "Presenter" button.
Users can also allow Customer support personnel to remotely control their computer. The Customer support personnel can then provide live assistance and fix problems immediately.
