Moderator Controls

« Recording | Main | Participant Controls »

A participant list is always accessible in WebEx. By selecting a participant in the list and then clicking on the "Presenter" button available right below, the meeting host or current presenter can hand out control to anyone of the participants.

If the presenter mutes a participant (by clicking on "Mute"), the participant cannot speak through her microphone anymore and if the presenter selects "Expel" the participant is banned from the meeting.

The moderator/presenter can associate sounds with key events during a session including when a student enters, when she raises her hand or when she leaves.

To ensure that all attendees are viewing the page or slide under discussion, the presenter can at anytime synchronize their displays.
