File SharingRemote Control Main Annotation Features - WhiteBoard WebEx allows the presenter to send any selected file to all of the meeting participants with much ease. Through the File Transfer menu choice a custom dialog box is presented in which the presenter can collect or list the files that need to be downloaded by the meeting participants. In turn, meeting participants need only click on any of those files to start the download.
If a presenter publishes files that reside on his or her computer during a meeting, the File Transfer dialog box automatically appears in the participants' WebEx meeting window. They can then download the published files to their computer or a local server.
