WebEx event management facilities are thorough and complete allowing the presenter to properly organize and manage any number of meetings and attendees with ease.

The presenter can decide if registration for attendees is required and whether to collect attendees information upon arrival at the meeting page. The meeting can be protected by password if the situation requires it.

Meeting participants can be invited either by email or by using MSN Messenger. Invitations include the URL of the meeting and the meeting number necessary to login. If a password has been specified, it is sent in the invitation, as well.

N.B.: Accidentally I took note of the fact that in the registration field "Country", Italy is not listed. I have myself signed up as being from Jamaica (the next available choice). This is quite an overlook for a company like WebEx.

If WebEx server software is installed on your organization server it is possible to schedule meetings and invite participants directly from your Microsoft Outlook interface. Participants can also receive calendar notifications of upcoming meetings that will appear in their existing desktop calendar such as Outlook, Schedule+, and others using the vCal calendar file format.

Meeting invitations can be modified once created and events can be cancelled with or without attendees' automatic notification. It is also possible to customize the message that attendees see first when reaching the meeting entrance page.
