WebEx provides full facilities to allow integrated sharing of any printing application or document. The application to be shared is selected from a menu that lists, depending on your preferences,
a) all open applications,
b) all available applications or
c) only the most recently shared applications.

When documents are shared via "Share Application" they open up in a separate window while they are displayed inside the WebEx main window when they are shared via the "Share Presentations and Documents" facility. For shared applications/ documents in a separate window a highlighter/ text marker is the only available annotation tool.
