WebEx offers two pricing alternatives:

Pay-per-use. The basic rate starts at USD 45 cents per minute/per user. (That makes a one-hour meeting for ten people cost USD $ 270, and one for three $ 81)
Business subscription (pay for an unlimited number of meetings per month): In this case you would need to contact a WebEx customer service representative to receive a custom business proposal adequate for your needs. Prices start at $100 per attendee.

There are resellers of WebEx services, which may be able to provide better and more discounted rates for the same services. One example is http://www.webconferencingwarehouse.com/webex.html, which is provides WebEx services at 0.35 USD per user/per minute.
