SecurityCustomer Support Main System Requirements In WebConference.com meetings are secured through moderator-designated username and passwords for all contacts invited to a meeting. During the setup and configuration of a future session the presenter/moderator can elect to force all invitees to use a specific password, and can limit the number of attendees that will be accepted inside the event. There is no encryption or other security measure (outside of password protected access) in place when carrying out standard meetings. According to WebConference.com all session activity is logged on the server and this data is available either as reports or real-time events to a separate monitoring system. All significant activity is logged, which provide a way to identify and research penetration attempts. WebConference.com utilizes Microsoft ActiveX controls which may present some security issues for certain organizations.
