Remote Control

Webconference.com integrates a full remote control facility in its rich toolset, allowing the presenter to give control to any participant during a live session. The presenter can also allow users to take control of her computer directly.

To activate the Remote Control facility one needs to click on the “Remote Control” button. Then select the participant’s name, and click on “Full Control”.

A unique feature allows the presenter to decide whether the remote control interaction with one of the attendees should be made available to everyone to see or should be kept private to them.

There are two ways one can allow your participants the ability to control your desktop. To click on the “Remote Control” button or to select the participants name in the Participant Window, and select “Allow Control”.

It is also straightforward for the presenter who has handed out control to one of the attendees to easily regain it by clicing on the name of the person holding control in the participant list.
