Webconference.com provides a full desktop sharing facility which allows the designated presenter to easily share any application or document window appearing on its desktop.

Desktop sharing is activated at the click of an easily identifiable button in the main toolbar.

Immediately the full desktop of the presenter computer is shared with all attendees. Instructions and warning information about the correct use of the desktop sharing facility is displayed inside the presentation area of WebConference.com.

WebConference.com allows all participants to easily "save" or "print" any of the screens being shown by the presenter, while allowing the presenter the ability to block such feature for all users if needed.

Cons:

Instructions on how to use and stop desktop sharing appear only very briefly on the screen leaving novice users confused as to what to do to regain control of the presentation.
