Voxwire MeetingRoom

Setup - Installation

« Firewall Friendliness | Main | Ease of Access »

The Voxwire MeetingRoom requires basically no setup or installation whatsoever, outside a relatively small download taking place the first time you log in to a room (and every time they make a major upgrade to the software - at least 5-6 times in a year). The download size varies according to the operating system you have and it may run between a few hundred kilobytes and about 1 megabyte.

There is nothing else to be done, configured or set up.

Any normal user invited to a Voxwire MeetingRoom will then be prompted to log in with a screen name and an access code (password). Once those are input one is immediately placed into a MeetingRoom.

This is certainly among the easiest and most straightforward accesses available among different web conferencing tools. It doesn't get much simpler than this. So, if you are looking for simplicity and ease of access here you have found them.
