There is no official security or privacy mechanism in place to guarantee against eavesdropping outside of the protection from unathourized intruders through the basic password protection feature.

No encryption of data is apparently used.

Security inside Voxwire is as good as the security of your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Not very high indeed, but for the purpose it is normally is put to use, this should not be a matter of concern.

N.B.: Though the Voxwire site states to the contrary this technology does indeed provide the ability to wiretap conversations and exchanges in a stealth mode (so do most others as well without making it public).

A stealth mode is a mode in which it is possible to enter the room without being seen is available through this technology for monitoring purposes, but at present it is accessible only to VCOM staff.
