Voxwire supplies MeetingRoom owners with a full page of instructions, URL links, and graphic buttons that can be saved as shortcuts on the desktop or inside your Bookmarks/Favorites. The easiest way to invite guests inside a Voxwire MeetingRoom is to send out a guest link in an email, or to place a Voxwire-supplied graphic button on your Web site. The link already includes the Room ID and the Guest Access Code (moderators have a different code which is controlled by the Room owner). All the user needs to do is type in a Screen Name and click the Enter button. That automatically downloads a small operating file and opens the MeetingRoom.
