I rate Voxwire customer support as first class.

Online documentation, information and guidance is well prepared and easily accessible.

Response time by customer support is relatively prompt (within 24 hours), corteous and able to promptly resolve any situation. Though not explicitly announced it appears that Voxwire customer support works only through 9-19 CST or just about.

A good searchable FAQ area allows access to many valuable tips and solutions to typical obstacles and limitations encountered by first time users.
