Cost of the Voxwire MeetingRoom is in line with most other competitors in the SOHo market.

The basic 10-seat Voxwire™ MeetingRoom is USD $ 29.95/month with a one-time $15 setup fee.

Larger capacity licenses can be purchased in blocks of 10 additional seats for $15 per month.

The purchase of additional Rooms, can be executed from within your account after your initial purchase.

Recently, Voxwire™ has added a 2-Person Room for $9.95 per month that includes unlimited global calling and all other features of the Group Rooms.

It is possible to cancel your account at any time.

Server Options
Most MeetingRoom customers do not need to consider server options. Servers are for advanced users with large rooms or who require more flexibility than our standard Rooms.

Managed Server

You may rent a server for your MeetingRoom(s) that we manage. This is ideal for those with large Rooms who require superior quality. Rooms and Capacity Upgrades are still obtained through our online purchase system, and will be placed onto your Managed Server. We provide direct customer support to you and your guests with this option.

A Managed Server requires a $200 installation fee and $200 per month for a minimum of one year.

Private Server for large enterprise customers and resellers

• Configure Rooms as you wish
• Create your own "Powered by" button
• Choose your own screen layout
• Manage User Support and FAQ's
• Distribute Rooms from your website

The Private Server Option is for companies, institutions, and government entities that have their own technical staff and server systems, and who want to control how Voxwire MeetingRooms are deployed and how their employees, customers and others access the MeetingRooms.

For instance, you may want to modify capacity for various Rooms at your discretion and control. Or, you may be a company that wants to market MeetingRooms and control the pricing and distribution.

Your own Private Server includes an online "Manager" where MeetingRooms can be configured and modified as desired.

Private Server Costs
Programming and Installation Fees $5,000 per Private Server

Quantity of Seats per Private Server Cost per month
100 seat minimum $5 per seat
101 to 1,000 seats $4 per seat
1,001 to 10,000 seats $3 per seat
10,001 to 50,000 seats $2 per seat
