VoiceCafe VideoCom

Setup - Installation

« Firewall Friendliness | Main | Ease of Access »

Setup of VideoCom is very straightforward.

The first time one logs in there is a relatively long download (over 1MB) for which a progress bar shows clearly the status.

After the download is completed the user is invited to input his/her username and password.

In those situations where users are attending from within firewall-protected networks and behind heavily protected routers or NATs, the user may need to configure appropriately the firewall and/or proxy settings accessible from the main login window.

This is an operation that requires technical know-how and which would require the assistance of your webmaster or technical network administrator to be performed effectively.

For more information see also "Ease of Access".
