Ease of AccessSetup - Installation Main Customer Support Installation and access of the VoiceCage VideoCom is very straightforward. Novice and non-technical users on slow dial-up lines maybe annoyed by the initial long download (roughly 1 MB or more). This is a one time operation and it will not be necessary in the following attempts to login (unless VoiceCafe updates its software, in which case it will downloaded again). A progress bar shows clearly the relative amount of data yet to be downloaded without leaving non-technical users waiting in the cold. Outside of problems that may be due to the appropriate configuration of firewall and proxy settings access to VideoCom presents minimum obstacles and a straightforward path.
