Text ChatMulti-Protocol IM Main Audio Conferencing - VoIP The VoiceCafe OfficeMaster integrates a basic text chat tool.
The text chat window is floating by default, but differently from the VoiceCafe SalesMaster while it cannot be resized, it can be easily positioned anywhere on the screen. It can also be closed and opened only when needed. Three clearly labeled buttons at the bottom right of the text chat window box facilitate clearing, copying and saving of the text chat window contents. While the technology behind it provides three essential functions such as clear, copy and save, more advanced features as text formatting, private messaging, printing, use of emoticons and auto-URL detection are not available. Also the amount of text that can be input by any user cannot go beyond a little less than four lines of text.
The VoiceCafe OfficeMaster integrates also a useful NotePad facility which allows the taking of notes during a live meeting session.
This Notepad tool integrates all of the basic features required in a basic text editor and including cut and paste, undo, font setting and save/print facilities.
