VoiceCafe products' presentation facilities are based on a strong Web touring functionality, which is integrated with all VoiceCafe products. It is therefore possible to run PowerPoint presentation only once uploaded in a compatible format to a Web server.

To support and facilitate the presenter tasks an effective vertical control panel is displayed on the left side of the OfficeMaster main interface. From there the presenter/moderator can access most of the OfficeMaster functionalities.

The other functions are accessible through an horizontal toolbar placed on top of the main browser window.

A unique handy feature of the VoiceCafe OfficeMaster is the integration of a module that helps the presenter/moderator keep an eye on the different time zones that her participants may be in.

This is a little, very helpful addition, especially for those that need to run frequent international online events.

It would nice to have the option of switching this panel off when not needed while leaving this area available for branding and customization purposes.
