Each OfficeMaster Web conferencing user has the possibility to provide some form of feedback to the presenter by virtue of five icons designed to signify the desire to pose a question, an affirmative answer, a negative one or to make an official statement. The fifth icon (nevermind!) erases whatever previous icon had been selected and brings back the participant assigned icon to a "normal" state. Those simple to use feedback icons allows for a positive and richer interaction between presenter and live participants.

To use the feedback facility, hover your mouse pointer over your name, click on it to highlight it then right-mouse click to see a new menu panel as shown below. Selecting YES will replace your face icon with a THUMBS UP icon, selecting NO will turn it into a THUMBS DOWN, thereby giving an instant feedback to questions posed. Selecting 'Ask a question' will put a '?' over the 'face' icon and selecting 'Make a statement' will put a '!' over it. Selecting 'Nevermind !' will remove any current selection made.
