- The OfficeMaster is a simple to use, reliable, complete Web conferencing tool and offers a very cost-effective proposition.
- Easy setup and access to the tools. No installation process is required to access all of the functionalities provided in the OfficeMaster.
- Cost-effective. Within a monthly cost of $125 it is possible to run unlimited presentations with up to 25 participants (Classmaster) while providing audio conferencing, Web touring, video feed, text chat, whiteboarding and custom branding of the private virtual room. The OfficeMaster in its 10-seat configuration, offers basic chat, audio conferencing, application sharing, remote control, video, voice conference, file broadcasting, live annotations and Web touring is now aggressively priced at USD $ 65 plus a one-time $ 25 setup fee (60 days offer expiring around mid-April 2003).
- Web touring is well implemented, easy to use and reliable. It does well what is supposed to do.
- Audio over IP works well. It is among the best performing tools in this category of web conferencing systems. Quite satisfactory and not bandwidth hungry.
- Customer Support, as provided by some of VoiceCafe reselling agents, can be quite exceptional. In my case I was lucky enough to get in touch with Paul Coffey directly at http://www.VoiceCafe.org/. Paul and its loyal network of Premium Members will go out of their way to help you identify the tool that best fits your needs. He will provide free access and trial usage according to what you really need. This element by itself provides VoiceCafe with a unique edge over some other competing products, where customer service is very weak or hidden and kept too formal to be easily reached.
- Customization and branding is available at no extra cost.
- The network marketing aspect of the business is not "forced" onto buyers and one is free to choose is to enter the marketing opportunity or to simply buy the product.
