Annotation Features - WhiteBoardInside the COLLABORATE facility of the OfficeMaster one can find a good set of live annotation tools that allow the presenter to point, emphasize, highlight and underline key areas of the content being presented. The annotation tools include the standard set of freehand, line, rectangle and ellipse tools, as well as a "Hide annotations" (it is called Hide Transparency in reality) feature, and an "Erase" button.
The "Hide annotations" feature is very handy as it allows to "temporarily" hide annotations and marks when needed. One unique tool stamps the screen with a sequentially numbered arrow. This is quite useful to visually show different steps or actions to take in a sequence. Text can be placed on the screen in any position, font, size and style. A very handy "hide desktop icons" button magically hides from participant's view all of your desktop private shortcuts and files.
