Weak Points
« Key Strengths | Main | PowerPoint Presentation Facilities »
- Dedicated PowerPoint presentation facilities are non-existent as PowerPoint documents and other presentation materials can be presented through the integrated application sharing/viewing capabilities. In my testing these did not perform flawlessly and performance was less than optimal. Like with many other application sharing tools presentation display and presenter screen size proved to be annoying issues under certain circumstances (the presenter having a larger resolution screen than some of the participants).
- Annotation tools are not available, and moderation and participants control facilities are very basic.
- Viditel event management, scheduling and planning facilities are not as sophisticated and usable as other competing tools. Though all basic features are there simple usability issues limit somewhat the effectiveness of this component.
