Video ConferencingAudio Conferencing - VoIP Main Desktop - Application Sharing On Viditel everyone can broadcast video simultaneously.
A maximum of six people can be viewed at the same time, while Viditel provides also the fastest video frame rates available, even on dial-up connections. Viditel is able to deliver 2.3 video frames per second using a standard 56K modem and up to 150 frames per second using a T1. Inside Viditel the Network Preferences panel allows to specify your connection type for the current session. The type you select will determine how much inbound and outbound bandwidth Viditel uses to transmit audio and video throughout the session. Note: choosing a connection type that doesn't match your actual connection (for example, choosing T1 when you actually have a 56k dialup) may result in unsatisfactory performance, increased latency, and disconnects. In Viditel it is also possible to control the quality of the video being sent by accessing the Camera Preferences in the Options menu. Though the labels may appear ambiguous what is intended is a range going from "Lowest" quality (but fastest frame rate) to "Highest" video quality (but with slowest frame rate.
