Reality Fusion Team View offers a good rounded set of basic event management facilities. These allow the presenter/moderator to easily schedule, invite participants and to set the meeting general information and duration time.

A special page called "My Meeting Center" provides direct access to the core four main event management functionalities.

Once the host decides to schedule a meeting she can set not only the meeting name, full description and agenda but she can also set the meeting access password, the duration and invited participants.

Though Viditel event management facilities are satisfactory they could be further improved for usability.

For example I found to be a limiting factor the fact that participants cannot be invited while a meeting is ongoing.

Inviting people to attend a meeting resulted in a multitude of little errors that forced me to re-enter data several times. I myself was not able at all to add Invitee User Name(s) without having Viditel issue me an error of some kind. Bad usability makes a simple task hard to complete.

On the other hand one very useful feature is the ability to cancel a planned meeting and to have an automatic email notification sent to all invited participants.

Viditel also integrates an instant messenger tool which provides full support in maintaining contact with a predesignated list of contacts. The instant messenger also allows easy invitation of team members into a meeting whenever needed.

Viditel well integrates with Microsoft Outlook by providing an integrated link inside email invitations allowing any participant to add the invitation easily to her Outlook Calendar.

People invited to an online videconferencing session can also be easily added to your Viditel contact list either through a standard menu Web command or by right clicking on the name of the participant in the "lobby" area.
