Moderator ControlsRecording Main Participant Controls VCOM Central provides some basic moderator controls which facilitate the orderly roll out of an online meeting. The VCOM moderator can allow selected participants to have moderator rights and controls in case one or more assistants or co-presenters need to complement the main presenter work.
The moderator can mute all or selected users during a session. The moderator can selectively or globally terminate/ban users from the virtual private room. Banned users can be controlled through a specific dialog box and can be re-instituted when desired. Moderators get access to all of their privileged functionalities and controls by accessing the room with a special password added to their screen name after the "@" sign. Such password is set by the owner of the system in the VCOM Central "Back Office" facilities.
