Security

Security in a Web conferencing system includes both the ability to protect participants in a live presentation from being disturbed by uninvited guests as well as the facility to provide encryption of documents, files, audio and video transmitted during such live events.

•   Login Usernames and Password
A login facility utilizing usernames and password guarantees that nobody can access a Web conferencing room or event after it is over or without being authorized.

•   Encryption
Encryption protects security of content and information being exchanged during a live meeting from eavesdropping and monitoring by unauthorized sources.
