PowerPoint Presentation FacilitiesWeak Points Main Web-Touring - Co-Browsing smartMeeting integrates full PowerPoint presentation facilities that allow the upload and effective delivery of Powerpoint presentations with maximum display quality. Anyone attending a smartMeeting presentation can upload a PPT presentation, take control of it or direct its viewing without requiring formal passing of authority controls from host to participants. Everyone has equal powers. Multiple Powerpoint presentation facilities are present in one smartMeeting virtual office: two in the main conferencing hall and two more in the additional separate meeting rooms accessible inside the default office space provided by smartMeeting. The presenter as well as all other attendees have a full set of playback controls available to them including next, previous, first and last slide. Once a presentation is uploaded to smartMeeting it is automatically converted to JPEG images and made available for display to all. All office users can easily download any presentation being showcased by clicking on a dedicated button in the Content Management area and labelled Save To Disk. Integrated with the PowerPoint presentation facility is a dedicated tool that allows easy capture of any open screen/application/document and its immediate display on the presentation screen. The windows selected for capture can be annotated before being displayed to everyone with some very basic mark-up tools. A "full-screen" mode allows effective display of the presentation content in full screen when in 2-D mode, and a large display of the presentation screen when in 3D. The presentation screen resizes automatically to adjust to the dimensions of each participant's screen providing an excellent view on slides being shown both in 3-D and 2-D display modes.
