Participant Controls

Each participant in a SightSpeed videoconferencing session has the same set of essential controls available:

1) Text Chat

2) Audio and Video muting

3) Hang-up

Also available to each user is the ability to monitor the quality of her network connection, either by looking at the three colored lights at the bottom of the video window or by clicking on the "Stats" button and accessing a detailed network bandwidth monitoring panel reporting the current, maximum and average bandwidth consumption both in downstream and upstream.

There are no typical participants controls as there is no typical presenter in a SightSpeed session. Everyone (presently only two parties at a time) has the same rights and facilities accessible.

Other controls available to SightSpeed users are:

a) Adding and removing contacts

b) Inviting contacts to participate in an online session

c) Sending a link to a web page integrating your SightSpeed video

d) Checking your account consumption and expiration date
