Session comes in two versions.

A one-to-one desktop-based solution allowing high-quality point-to-point videoconferencing between any two parties.

A server-based solution, called the Conference Server allowing multi-party or so-called multi-point videoconferences with as many as 50 participants per server. The initial release of Session™ Multipoint Conference Server (MPS) software operates on Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Server, with support for other platforms to follow.

Session Conference Server pricing is based on a simultaneous Right to Use (RTU). This means, that while you have a company with 500 possible users, you may choose to subscribe for a license covering only 50 concurrent users. That means, that while any of the 500 users can always utilize the Session facilities, only 50 simultaneous ones are effectively supported by the system at any time.

For the Conference Server prices start at USD $ 10,500 for 10 concurrent users and go up to $ 24,938 for 25. The options for 50 ($ 47,250), 100 ($ 84,000) or 500 ($ 367,500) users are also contemplated.

The Ridgeway NAT/Firewall Traversal software commercialized by WaveThree comes at the following prices:

100 users - $ 12,000
500 users - $ 52,500

The SIP Registrar option is also available to all users at the following prices:

10 users - $ 1,299
25 users - $ 1,499
50 users - $ 1,999
