Text ChatMulti-Protocol IM Main Audio Conferencing - VoIP N/A An Instant Messenger facility replaces and fully substitutes the traditional text chat facility. Exchanging text messages with participants in a WebOffice meeting is not easy or intuitive. One must access the WebOffice Manager and from there send an instant message to a selected person. Once an instant message dialog box is open, it can be left open to carry over communications and exchanges with that participant.
It is therefore not easy to send a text message to all participants in a meeting, if not by utilizing the primitive text annotation tool and writing a message in the main presentation window.
