RecordingAnnotation Features - WhiteBoard Main Moderator Controls Ongoing and completed WebOffice sessions can be saved for later follow-up or viewing. The saving process stores all of the information displayed and presented during a session. In the trial version of WebOffice this feature is accessible but it fails to work.
According to the official documentation you can save all documents including annotations when you save a meeting in Polycom WebOffice.
