WebOffice provides the moderator with a standard attendees list and helpful monitoring controls to see the participants' status during a session.

To monitor participants the presenter can utilize the "Participants" panel. At one glance he sees which participants are actually viewing a newly uploaded or updated document (Viewing - green light) and which participants are still waiting (Viewing - red light). The moderator can also monitor the present "focus" of each participant. If the participant is viewing the Meeting Manger window, the "focus" light is green whereas it is red when the participant has another application selected.

A similar facility is available to monitor participants synch status during application sharing (see "Desktop/ Application Sharing).

The organizer of an online meeting can specify passwords, lock the meeting and eject unwanted attendees. He can also limit the number of participants, so that additional guests will not be able to enter.
