Cost - PricingInterface Customization - Branding Main Overview WebOffice is sold as a product, not as a service. Pricing for WebOffice is based on concurrent licensing. Licenses start at $750 per seat. On my request, Polycom provided me with the following basic sticker prices: 5 Seat License $3,750 USD There is an additional charge of 15% of the license price for annual maintenance including upgrade and support. On-site installation/training, per engineer/ per day costs $1000.
