Weak Points

Application sharing is not as reliable as it should be. The facility may crash quite easily or give unexpected results. There are limitations due also to the size of the browser pane though a handy zoom control has been integrated in the Orbitalk interface. Basically the presenter would need to run her screen at a resolution as low as the lowest one among the meeting participants. Nowadays that would entail setting your PC screen at 800*600 resolution to make sure that all meeting participants could see as much of your screen programs being shared as you do.
The interface is optimized for 800*600 and when resized or maximized on larger screens it does not adjust properly. Further, when resized back it creates a mess of its own different panels. A command has been made available in the File menu to resolve this issue, which requires closing the virtual room and re-entering it.
No customization or branding is available beyond setting a starting Web page and a text message to appear in the Orbitalk Communicator room.
