File SharingRemote Control Main Annotation Features - WhiteBoard NetMeeting provides a well designed and robust file transfer facility which allows easy exchange of files among the live conference participants. The File Transfer facility allows the presenter/moderator or participants (if they have been given the rights to do so) to preselect files to be distributed through a simple and effective tool. From there, the files can then be sent either to all participants (broadcast) or just to a selected attendee (or more than one, but only by sending one file at a time to each recipient). The File Transfer facility includes also a Receiving Folder in which all documents sent by other participants are automatically stored. If a file is created while working on a shared program, only the person who shared the program can distribute the file.
