Remote Control

« Desktop - Application Sharing | Main | File Sharing »

Microsoft Live Meeting offers the ability to the presenter to give control of her computer desktop to anyone participant in the live meeting.

Control can be easily activated by utilizing the Sharing Control Panel that gets activated when sharing the desktop or anyone specific application.

By clicking on the "Give (Attendee) Control" the presenter can access a full list of all participants present in the meeting and select the one that should take control of the presenter computer.

Control can be easily regained by clicking on the same button used to give remote control and which will be now labelled "Take Control".

Once the user is in control she can easily operate on the presenter computer as if she was operating on her own. Applications can be started and data can also be input remotely without any inconvenience.
