4) Check the recording audio levels.
The presenter/moderator prior to the start of the event can set the "Listening to connection" feature to record 10 or 30 seconds of test voice to allow the presenter to listen back to it right away and to assess the quality and sound level of the recording that will be made. 5) Start the recording. 6) Stop the recording and publish it (make it available for others to download/access after the meeting is over). "The Microsoft Office Live Meeting Replay format produces a recording that best reflects the actual meeting. It allows you to record annotations, Sharing slides (including expanded views), and the presenter mouse movements. It is the only format that provides both streaming audio and streaming video, as well as the option to download the saved recording. However, it might not work as well on non-Windows platforms and it requires that you connect at 128 kilobits per second or faster to view the recording.".
