Moderator ControlsRecording Main Participant Controls Within Microsoft Live Meeting the moderator is in control of all the presentation facilities and has a wide range of choices in selecting and deciding which functionalities tom activate and how to organize/customize the meeting space. Notably, Microsoft Live Meeting is one of the first enterprise Web conferencing systems to invest serious resources into providing the presenter/moderator with a broad set of options affecting the facilities made available through the live session and actual physical perception and organization of its visual components.
Through the selections made on the left list of options which can be checked "on" or "off" the moderator effectively turns on and off the display of distinctive parts of the Live Meeting interface. For example by selecting the option of having attendees annotate and edit slides the presenter/moderator automatically activates the display of the whiteboard annotation tools on all of the participants' screens. The ability to have text chat sessions with participants is also controlled by this well designed and integrated Meeting Options facility.
