Linktivity offers several ways to try out WebDemo. A live demonstration by a sales representative is available and users may sign up for a 10-day trial license.

Live Demonstration
By filling in a live demo registration form users may request to be contacted by a Linktivity representative to receive a live demonstration of the software.
Hands-on trial: Hosted or Server-based
Alternatively, a trial version of the software is available on request by visiting
http://www.linktivity.com/wd_free_trial.asp. The trial user may use a WebDemo installation hosted by Linktivity or download an installation kit to install the software on a local (on-site) server. The hosted version is a very convenient way to test the software because it doesn't require any additional installation or configuration. The server-based version allows a trial users to test the software in their prospective network topology.
On request Linktivity will provide a 10-user test license of the server-based version of WebDemo without charge. This test license may be used for 30 days.

Trial Sign-Up Procedure
The registration procedure consists of filling in 10 required fields. The first field, Company ID, is used as an identification string.
A confirmation e-mail message containing account details and log-on instructions is dispatched to the trial user almost immediately after submission of the registration form.
While signing up for a trial account users may decide to opt in for support by a Linktivity account manager during the trial period of 10 days.

Trial Version Feature Set
The WebDemo trial version is based on the feature set of WebDemo Enterprise, but Video Conferencing, Document Management and Record/Playback are not available.

Capacity
The maximum number of concurrent users for the trial version of WebDemo is three. This means that a meeting host may invite two attendees into a meeting.
The number of meetings is not limited.
Conclusion
Linktivity gives prospective users sufficient opportunities to evaluate the software by providing several convenient testing options. The confirmation message after signing-up is clear and contains the right amount of information to get started.
