It is possible to set meeting date/time and specific duration. Recurring events can also be managed. The GotoMeeting Scheduling Event facility allows the setting of customized teleconferencing information as well as the optional setting of a meeting password. Meetings can also be scheduled or initiated on the fly. GoToMeeting offers also tight integration with Microsoft Outlook (Outlook 2000 or newer) and Lotus Notes. This makes it very easy to send out invitation emails to one or multiple people. When the user clicks on the Email invitation button, Outlook opens automatically with a new email message already containing direct access instructions to attent the meeting.
