Ease of AccessSetup - Installation Main Customer Support GoToMeeting is extremely easy to use and access. A highly usable, user-friendly interface is probably among GoToMeeting greatest strenghts. Access is simplified at every step and the end user is guided throughout its use by helpful in-context tooltips that auto-display on the screen. Contextual support messages have been integrated in the most any part of the UI to easily remind the user of relevant issues or options she may have during a live meeting. This proves to be extremely effective. Invitation of other attendees is simplified and made as accessible as possible to non-technical users.
Screens, buttons, labels and terminology are all well selected and labelled. Screens and interface components are all very legible and clearly laid out.
