While GoToMeeting does not integrate a VoIP facility within its tool, it smartly integrates a conference call service at no extra cost to the end user.

All participants dial a toll-based number in the US that GoToMeeting provides automatically within its main control panel interface.

All session participants are charged a standard long-distance rate for calling into this toll-based number, just as if they made a regular long-distance or international call.

The integration of the teleconferencing service is free but the individual calls made to it are charged to you and the other participants in a standard fashion.

You may decide to use this service or choose another method of bringing audio to your online meetings.

GoToMeeting subscribers remain free to choose this integrated service or to select another method of bringing audio into their online meetings (e.g. another conferencing provider, Skype, Google Talk, etc.).

Cons:

While bundling a free phone-based audio conferencing service is indeed a great plus, the service is strongly US-slanted offering a true advantage only to North-American residents.
